and it does not mean that pregnancy will happen, it is about not giving up where possibility still exist.  It is about removing obstacles that may have a profound effect on conception and childbirth.  It is also about finding ways in life outside of pregnancy where you are still fertile, still blossoming, even it you have assuredly entered menopause.  And for the menopausal woman, Fertile Optimism is about helping to make that transition, that new place in your life balanced and sound.  Welcome!

Let me explain.  Becoming pregnant is not an easy task, perhaps for some but as of this writing, according to the CDC 8.8% of married women, age 15-49 living in the US are infertile.  And so, as a woman begins having symptoms that her body is opting to transition from her childbearing years, those symptoms may make the heart feel as though it is breaking.  This is where Fertile Optimism comes in.  It is not that a certain mind set will change the body's natural course, or that menopausal symptoms will  disappear,

The body needs strength and resilience.  A body that lacks strength may struggle to conceive or find the transition into menopause difficult and uncomfortable.
