The Fertile Optimism Formula

Well Hello! I am Marika a Certified Wellness Coach, certified doula and breastfeeding educator trained with more than two decades of experience working in healthcare.

It is my view that a woman's reproductive balance has much to do with her overall health and wellness whether she is trying to conceive or has transitioned into menopause. My goal is to help women tap into their own knowledge and to improve upon lifestyle changes that show promise, and to provide the resource tools for other birth and wellness professionals that too provide reproductive wellness support for women.

Fertile Optimism

who IS

Fertile Optimism involves the whole reproductive years, the years of fertility, transitioning, menopause and beyond.  It is how each woman works to learn and nourish her reproduction for balance and harmony.  It is a path that starts and never ends..  It is a true optimism for the woman who with her husband is on the baby making journey, on the thresholds of motherhood and may be transitioning into the advanced reproductive years.
